Grounded leadership for people, organizations, and the living world.
Hi! My name’s Maggie!
I’m a nonprofit executive director, award-winning strategist, and a certified breathwork facilitator.
My work spans conservation, brain injury advocacy, nonprofit leadership, and one-on-one breathwork. What connects it all is a commitment to thoughtful action, ethical leadership, and creating conditions where people and ecosystems can truly thrive.

EMPOWERING CAUSES THAT CARE
Some people arrive looking for breathwork. Others for nonprofit leadership or advocacy support.
Many are simply curious. All are welcome.
WORK WITH ME
Nonprofit Leadership & Consulting
I support organizations navigating growth, transition, advocacy strategy, governance, and funding complexity — particularly in environmental, health, and social-impact spaces.
This work includes executive leadership, strategic planning, policy and advocacy design, and behind-the-scenes support where clarity and steadiness matter most.

WORK WITH ME
Breathwork & One-on-One Sessions
Alongside systems work, I offer private breathwork sessions for individuals who are carrying a lot — leaders, caregivers, advocates, and people in transition.
These sessions are quiet, grounded, and deeply supportive, creating space to regulate the nervous system, process what words can’t, and reconnect with inner knowing.

WHERE YOU’LL FIND ME
Advocacy & Executive Leadership
My day-to-day work includes leading province-wide and national initiatives focused on brain injury, wildlife coexistence, and evidence-based policy reform.
This includes coalition building, public education, government relations, and translating research into action, always with care for the people and wildlife affected.
