Every private breathwork session is designed to guide you into a deep, transformative experience rooted in your personal goals. Here’s how our time together unfolds:

  • Personal Consultation: Each session begins with a short consultation to discuss your intentions, areas of focus, and any specific concerns. This helps me craft a practice tailored to your unique needs.

  • Guided Breathwork Practice: Using the conscious connected breathwork technique, you’ll enter a meditative state where you can connect with your inner self. This guided practice aims to release emotional blocks, cultivate awareness, and create a sense of deep calm and clarity. I’ll provide personalized cues to ensure you feel fully supported.

  • Integration and Reflection: After the breathwork, we’ll take time to process your experience together. This part of the session supports integrating any insights, emotions, or shifts that may have surfaced. Whether you’re aiming for personal healing, emotional release, or clarity, this reflection period is designed to solidify the benefits of your practice.

How to set up your space:

Each session is just for you and your space is important. We can discuss the best location for your needs. Wether that’s at your home or mine, in doors or outdoors, alone or with your partner.

  • Comfortable Setup:

    • Arrange a yoga mat, blanket, or any comfortable surface to lie on. Flexibility is key—this practice can be done anywhere.
    • Using an eye mask, eye pillow, or face cloth can help enhance relaxation by covering your eyes.
  • Eating Guidelines:

    • It’s best to have an empty stomach or eat light at least two hours before the session. Avoid heavy meals like a large cheeseburger just before practicing.
  • Engagement:

    • Fully commit to the session. Being at home is not an excuse to be less engaged or attentive.

The human behind the breathwork

Hi and hello, I’m Maggie.

I’m a certified somatic and leadership coach and marketing consultant.

For the past 20 years I’ve been supporting nonprofits and social impact businesses to grow, so they can reach more people and do more good in the world.

I spent those years in the marketing world, navigating the pressure to fit into corporate norms, but always felt out of place. Whether it was in the boardroom or yoga studio, I struggled to find where I truly belonged. I’m grateful for the tribe I did find along the way and who still stand by me as I grow and navigate my path. 

Moving to BC, I dove deeper into personal practices like breathwork, but I realized the traditional/western spaces didn’t feel right either. I wasn’t connecting with the culture in studios, and I found myself wanting something more honest, raw, and real. I wanted a space where I didn’t have to conform to the expectations of either the entrepreneurial or spiritual worlds.

That’s when I found a group of women who allowed me to break down my barriers and step hugely and fully into alignment. It wasn’t until I stopped trying to fit into any boxes and started listening to my body that I found my true alignment. Breathwork allowed me to step out of my head (hello fellow over thinkers), leave behind the overwhelm, and simply be. It’s in those moments of embodiment that I found joy, clarity, and a sense of lightness that I hadn’t felt in years.

Now, I embrace the both/and of who I am—a strong, motivated entrepreneur and a deeply spiritual person, but in my own way.

Wild Breathwork is my invitation to you to break free of expectations and find your own path, just as I have.
