Why Breathwork?
Healthy humans are crucial to an impactful, successful and sustainable life. In fact, you can’t have one without the other.
This is why I (Maggie, hi!) am facilitating breathwork sessions – to support you to be your most well selves, so that you can thrive.
Not familiar with breathwork?
Breathwork is a technique that invites you to gently utilize your breath, and helps you:
- Turn down the volume of your busy mind
- Move from your logic, into your creativity
- Create mental space for clarity and innovative ideas
- Relax, release stress and calm your nervous system
- Reduce your risk of burnout
- Connect with your body, truth and values.
(By ‘utilize your breath’ I mean that you might be asked to breathe in sharply through your nose three times, and then slowly exhale out your mouth, for example).

Focusing on Conscious Connected Breathwork, this class will embark on a journey of healing and bringing in gratitude.

Monthly classes will be held in Revelstoke and Sicamous.

For over two whole decades I’ve been supporting values-driven businesses and nonprofits to grow their impact and income in ways that are aligned with their values, and respect and empower the people they serve.
I’m also a certified breathwork facilitator.
