Exercise 2: Tree pose

Stand on one leg and place the sole of your other foot on the inner thigh of your standing leg. Reach your arms up towards the sky and visualize yourself as a tall, strong tree. This pose helps you cultivate balance and strength.

Exercise 3: Walking meditation

Exercise 4: Mindful breathing

Sit comfortably and focus on your breath. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly, imagining your breath flowing through your body like a gentle wave. When your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath.

Exercise 5: Seated twist

Sit cross-legged on the ground and twist your body to the right, placing your left hand on your right knee and your right hand behind your back. Hold this pose for a few breaths and then switch sides. This pose helps release tension and promotes spinal mobility.

Exercise 6: Water visualization

Find a quiet spot near a body of water and visualize the water flowing freely and smoothly, just like your business goals. Imagine obstacles and challenges as rocks or debris in the water, and visualize them being washed away.

Exercise 7: Sun salutations

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and reach your arms up towards the sky. Exhale and fold forward, reaching for your toes. Inhale and come back up to standing, reaching your arms up again. Repeat this sequence 5-10 times to energize your body and mind.

Exercise 8: Earthing

Lie down on the ground and let your body sink into the earth. Visualize your business goals as a bright, shining light within you, radiating outwards and attracting positive energy.

Exercise 9: Standing forward bend

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and fold forward, reaching for your toes. This pose helps release tension in your back and legs, promoting relaxation and calmness.
